White House welcomes "The West Wing"

HOLLYWOOD - The Bush White House opened its doors Sunday to five cast members of The West Wing, including Rob Lowe and Allison Janney. "Most of my friends and family relate to what I do up here by the TV show," said Andrew Card, President Bush's chief of staff, according to The Associated Press. Bush failed to make an appearance. Also absent: Martin Sheen, who plays Democratic President Josiah Bartlet on The West Wing. In February, Sheen reportedly called Bush a "moron." Sheen also failed to accept in person on Saturday an honorary degree from Antioch College. His shooting schedule kept him from attending Antioch's commencement, AP reported.
