HOLLYWOOD - The photographer who allegedly hit a child with his camera while clambering to snap actress Reese Witherspoon has been issued with an arrest warrant for failing to attend a bail hearing.
Paparazzo Todd Wallace was arrested by police in September after he reportedly attacked staff at Disney's California Adventure in Anaheim as they tried to keep him away from Witherspoon and stop him from taking pictures of her daughter Ava.
The 44-year-old was charged with child endangerment, interfering with a person's liberty and multiple counts of child battery. He pleaded innocent.
But after failing to show up at his bail hearing at Orange County Superior Court in California, Wallace faces further police charges.
If found guilty of the September incident, the photographer could spend up to four years in prison.
