HOLLYWOOD - Renee Zellweger and Kenny Chesney's annulment was finalized by Los Angeles Superior Court yesterday.
Despite a recent string of secret dinners fuelling speculation over a possible reunion, the couple is now officially separated.
The announcement comes a week after Zellweger and Chesney asked for a private judge to oversee the matter.
Sources insist the couple's split is amicable, despite Zellweger initially citing fraud as her reason for wishing to dissolve her marriage to the country star.
The pair were married for just 128 days before Cold Mountain star Zellweger filed papers in September.
Meanwhile, as well as dining with Chesney, Zellweger has found another newly single actress to count on for a little moral support—the Oscar winner has been spotted enjoying lunch dates with Sideways star Sandra Oh, who recently split from writer/director Alexander Payne.
