The troubled reality TV star was taken into custody on suspicion of third degree assault and cocaine possession following a scuffle at a nightclub in Colorado on 2 December (11). She was also booked on possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Mueller has since protested her innocence and vowed to fight the charges, but she's now getting help for her substance abuse by signing up for a rigorous outpatient treatment plan, which will allow Mueller to juggle her parenting duties with twin boys Bob and Max.
Her representative, Steve Honig, tells TMZ.com Mueller will check into the undisclosed facility during the day and upon leaving, she'll remain under "expert supervision 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week".
Mueller will also submit to random drug testing to aid in her recovery: "Brooke has requested to be tested on a daily basis for cocaine and other illegal substances so there is no doubt as to her commitment."
