The nominations for the 28th Annual People's Choice Awards--sponsored by the Gallup Organization--were announced on Tuesday and some surprising picks lead the pack. Actor Jason Alexander (of ABC's axed sitcom Bob Patterson) received a nod as favorite male performer in a new television series, and the high-octane flick The Fast and the Furious scored a nomination as well.
