According to Variety, Perlman will portray a Romulan leader who hinders the peacemaking process between his race and the crew of the Enterprise--Captain Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart), Commander William Riker (Jonathan Frakes) and the rest of the Star Trek: Next Generation gang.
Star Trek: Nemesis is set to hit the big screen in November 2002.
