The reality TV star underwent the procedure last weekend (24-25Mar12) and he made sure his fans knew the operation was a success by posting a picture of himself with his pregnant fiancee Lisa Stelly.
In a post on his Twitter page, he wrote, "This is what you look like when you have your appendix removed."
Ozzy Osbourne's son and Stelly are set to become first-time parents later this year (12).
