The 18-year-old and a friend were pulled over by police April 24 after the authorities spotted a faulty headlight on their car.
Police allegedly confiscated 70 grams of marijuana after its strong aroma prompted the authorities to search the car. Nolte and his accomplice were both spared a night behind bars--they were released on bail that night.
