The British beauty is a keen bike pedaller and is an ambassador for the U.K.'s Sky Ride project, in which cyclists take part in a huge simultaneous journey through city streets.
Launching the 2012 event, she tells TV show Loose Women, "I'm trying to encourage everyone to get back on their bike as it's healthy. We have a big Sky Ride event on July 15. There are 18 city events and I'm going to be in Manchester. It's basically all around the country."
Brook also revealed she shuns hi-tech modern bikes in favour of a traditional English model, adding, "I've got an old Pashley. You know the old-fashioned Pashley bikes? I've got a romantic idea of what cycling should be!"
