Kramer's gonna be an uncle. Formerly employed sitcom notable Jerry Seinfeld, who finally gave up bachelorhood last December, is now ready to give up sleep. He's going to be a father.
The new production from Seinfeld and his bride, Jessica Sklar, is due in about six months.
The task of making the baby announcement to the world was left to Regis Philbin, which is nice because the guy doesn't get enough ink these days.
"I've got big news for you today," Reeg said on this morning's "Live! With Regis & Kathie Lee." "...There's a little Jerry Seinfeld coming."
Philbin said Seinfeld spilled the beans during a telephone conversation on Wednesday night. The Ubiquitous One went on to suggest a couple of names, including "Kramer George Seinfeld" and the inevitable "Regis Seinfeld."
Seinfeld, 45, and Sklar met cute in 1998 -- he was single; she was just back from her honeymoon with, um, her husband.
