Former Frasier star David Hyde Pierce managed to double his money on the sale of his Los Angeles mansion. The actor purchased his home in Los Feliz for around $3.6 million (£2.3 million) in 2003 and sold it last month (Jul12) for just over $7 million (£4.4 million).
