The comic recently finished his run in the Broadway production of One Man, Two Guvnors and returned to his native Britain with fiancee Julia Carey and their son, Max, last week (ends09Sep12).
Corden previously insisted he would marry Carey as soon as they got home from New York, and even turned down the chance to extend his run in the play so he could move his family back to Britain.
The Gavin & Stacey star has now sparked rumours the wedding is imminent after he headed out for his bachelor party on Tuesday night, partying at Mahiki nightclub in London with famous friends including Mamma Mia! star Dominic Cooper, funnyman David Walliams and Being Human actor Russell Tovey.
Walliams told fans about the special night out in a post on Twitter.com, writing, "It was James Corden's stag (party) night last night. My head hurts..."
Corden and Carey, who were introduced by the comic's former roommate Cooper, became engaged in 2010 and they will reportedly exchange vows at luxury venue Babington House in Somerset, England.
