"I was a seat filler at the ALMA Awards 10 years ago, and now I executive produce it... (It's the) American dream... My dad didn't really know about seat fillers, so he came to the ALMAs a couple of years ago when I was hosting and he went to the bathroom and he came back and he saw somebody was in his seat, so he left. He went back to the bar." Eva Longoria's career comes full circle in a decade now she's the host and executive producer of the American Latino Media Arts Awards.
