The star of 1970s series All in the Family was busted by police in Maine in the early hours of Wednesday (12Sep12) and she was booked on a charge of operating a vehicle under the influence.
She was released after posting $160 (£100) bail and is due to appear in court on 14 December (12), reports TMZ.com.
Struthers, 65, is in Maine working on a theatre version of 1980s comedy 9 to 5.
