Blake Lively made her first red carpet appearance since marrying Ryan Reynolds at the Chanel Bijoux De Diamant 80th Anniversary party in New York City on Tuesday (09Oct12). When questioned by reporters, the Gossip Girl star said, "Life is great!" Reynolds arrived at the event separately.
