The Green Card star was questioned by police officers after falling off his vehicle on Thursday afternoon and slightly injuring his elbow, according to Reuters.
He reportedly failed a sobriety test and was escorted home.
The incident comes three months after he was involved in a scooter accident with another motorist while cruising around the capital. The driver later filed legal papers accusing Depardieu of assault and battery.
