Scenes from Star Wars: Episode II that were posted on the unofficial Internet fan site TheForce.net were removed just hours after they went up, the BBC reported Monday. The scenes reportedly included one of Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan Kenobi and Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker fighting together against an unseen foe in front of a blue screen. The BBC said that other shots showed actors "flying through the air as if knocked backwards in a fight." Lucasfilm acknowledged that the footage had been put together for use at the MovieLine Awards, where Christensen received an award. The studio speculated that someone attending the affair taped the film with a camcorder. "We are not happy about it and it is completely illegal, a Lucasfilm spokeswoman told the BBC. "If it is put up again on the site we will contact our lawyers." A spokesman for TheForce.net declined to comment.
