The Iron Man star has been accused of failing to cover the cost of his American Express bill, amassing a total of $33,479.79 (GBP20,924.87).
And now money chiefs at the firm have filed legal papers against the 43 year old, seeking the amount paid in full, plus interest, and the cost of their attorney fees, according to TMZ.com.
The actor has yet to comment on the suit.
