The Zoey 101 star's probation officer urged lawmakers to send the actor straight to jail, claiming he allegedly failed a drug test and ignored terms of his probation, related to a drug arrest back in 2012.
But a judge in the case has dismissed the charges, according to TMZ.com, after Underwood showed proof he's clean and sober and living up to the terms of his probation.
He is still on probation for another four months.
