DeMonica Santiago-Plummer, who found fame in the 1980s with Motown R&B group The Good Girls, filed papers against the Sons Of Anarchy star at Los Angeles County Superior Court.
According to documents obtained by editors at TMZ.com, Santiago-Plummer is seeking full legal and physical custody of the couple's two children.
