British actor Daniel Radcliffe struggles to eat a healthy diet because he hates fruit and vegetables. The Harry Potter star never admitted to being a fussy eater while he was filming the boy wizard series, over fears he would influence his young fan base, but now reveals he barely consumes anything other than meat, potatoes, bread and cheese. He tells Britain's The Observer, "I'm a very unadventurous eater... This is one of the things I could never admit to while I was on Harry Potter, but I'm very bad at fruit and vegetables. I basically have the diet of a 19th century Irish navvy (labourer), apart from the litre of stout a day. It's meat and potatoes and bread and cheese: those are my four food groups." However, Radcliffe balances his bad diet by making sure he has regular work-outs, adding, "At the moment I'm doing enough exercise so it's fine."
