An appeals court in the Czech Republic has upheld Lamb Of God frontman Randy Blythe's acquittal on a manslaughter charge. The rocker was accused of causing the death of 19-year-old fan Daniel Nosek by pushing him offstage at a gig in Prague in 2010. He spent more than a month behind bars following his arrest last summer (12). Blythe returned to Prague in February (13) to stand trial and the case ended in his acquittal on 5 March (13). The prosecutors immediately appealed the verdict, but Blythe is now officially a free man after Prague's High Court ruled in his favour and reinstated the judgment on Wednesday (05Jun13). A post on Lamb of God's Twitter.com page, confirming the verdict, reads: "Great news! The Czech courts have thrown out the appeal against RandyBlythe's 'not guilty' verdict!" A court spokesperson insists the decision is final, according to a statement on the Lamb of God website.
