Justin Bieber looks set to escape prosecution for allegedly driving his sports car at dangerously fast speeds inside his private gated community after rapper Tyler, The Creator was captured on video behind the wheel of his pal's vehicle. The teen superstar is under police investigation after cops received two separate calls from residents of the exclusive The Oaks compound in Calabasas, California last month (May13), accusing the Baby hitmaker of racing his Ferrari around the neighbourhood. The incident prompted retired sports star and neighbour Keyshawn Johnson to take aim at Bieber for his dangerous driving, only for Tyler, The Creator to step forward soon afterwards and confirm reports he was behind the wheel. Taking to his Twitter.com blog, he wrote, "That Was Me Behind The Wheel Of Justins Vehicle. Don't Blame Him. People Are Actually Evil Swearing Up And Down That It Was Who It Wasnt (sic)." Video evidence of the incident has since been obtained by police, with Tyler clearly shown pulling the Ferrari into the singer's driveway - with Bieber following closely behind on a motorbike, according to TMZ.com. The five-minute footage also features Johnson arriving and confronting the two youngsters, although on Wednesday (12Jun13), Tyler insisted he had been "driving nicely". He told TMZ, "I wasn't whipping... I was driving nicely. People are crazy. I have concern for pedestrians (when I'm driving), just some people are really evil, that's all I'm gonna say (sic)." The case is still under investigation and is due to be handed to the Los Angeles County District Attorney, but sources insist it is "highly unlikely" any charges will be brought against those involved. Bieber is known for letting his friends borrow his cars - his pal Lil Twist was pulled over for speeding in the pop star's white Ferrari in California last month (May13), just months after allegedly crashing the singer's Fisker Karma in a parking lot.
