Hip-hop heavyweight Kanye West has come under fire from health campaigners after rapping about Parkinson's disease in a new song. On Sight, from the rapper's latest album Yeezus, has been branded "distasteful" due to a line that references the degenerative disorder, which causes sufferers to tremor. West raps, "A monster about to come alive again / Soon as I pull up and park the Benz / We get this b**ch shaking like Parkinson's." The star has been taken to task by bosses at the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA), which is dedicated to finding a cure and helping those diagnosed with the condition. Kathryn Whitford of APDA tells TMZ.com, "We find these lyrics distasteful and the product of obvious ignorance." West, whose girlfriend Kim Kardashian gave birth to the couple's first child on Saturday (15Jun13), has yet to respond to the controversy.
