The Killers are planning to take time out from their busy touring schedule to visit a whiskey distillery during their trip to Scotland. The band is set to headline the country's T in the Park music festival on Sunday (14Jul13), and drummer Ronnie Vannucci, Jr. wants to make the most of their time there by organising a special outing on the day after the gig. They will head to Glengoyne Distillery in Dumgoyne on Monday (15Jul13) to sample the best of Scotland's whiskeys. Vannucci, Jr. tells Britain's Daily Record, "I've been there before and I wanted to bring some of my pals to go along for a little day of whiskey tasting. I'm hoping to go on Monday. It's top of my touring schedule - a whiskey distillery tour." Other acts on the bill for the weekend's (12-14Jul13) festival include Mumford & Sons and Rihanna.
