Glee star Mark Salling has filed a lawsuit against bosses at his home insurance company. Earlier this year (13), the actor's ex, Playboy pin-up Roxanne Gorzela, accused Salling of sexual battery amid allegations he forced her to have unprotected sex in 2011. The actor denied the claims and hit back at Gorzela, claiming she entered his house without permission and struck him on the chest, arms and face. However, Salling is now taking executives at State Farm Insurance to court too over reports they have refused to pay for his defence team, even though the alleged incident occurred at his house, which is protected by the firm's homeowners policy. The star has branded their lack of support throughout the ordeal "despicable" and "malicious" and is seeking unspecified damages to cover his expenses, according to TMZ.com.
