R&B star Jason Derulo has been forced to change his sleeping habits after breaking his neck at the beginning of 2012. The Other Side singer was rehearsing for his Future History Tour in January, 2012, when he broke the C-2 vertebrae in his neck and had to scrap a series of dates to concentrate on recovery and physiotherapy. And he admits one of the most difficult things he had to do during his recuperation was learn how to lie down correctly. He tells U.S. news show Access Hollywood Live, "You have to sleep on your back... and it was a nightmare, but now I sleep on my back. I was a stomach guy (before) and I slept on my side." DeRulo is now fully recovered and insists it's "like nothing ever happened", adding, "It's like a bad dream... It's a blessing and a miracle (that it wasn't more serious)." The star spent seven months in a neck brace as part of his year-long total recovery.
