An obsessed Ashanti fan was hauled back into court on Friday (26Jul13) to face allegations he sent a series of lewd messages to the singer via Twitter.com. Devar Hurd, 35, who was previously jailed for two years for sending rude texts to the singer's mother, was indicted on charges of aggravated harassment and stalking this week (ends28Jul13). Prosecutors at New York's Manhattan Supreme Court argued he violated an order of protection by allegedly sending Ashanti "sexually explicit" messages via social networking website Twitter.com and he was held on $750,000 (£500,000) bail, according to the New York Daily News.
