The Los Angeles County District Attorney has rejected a paparazzi's hit-and-run case against Justin Bieber. The photographer filed a police report last month (Jun13), claiming he had been pinned between the pop star's Ferrari sportscar and a parked vehicle as Bieber left a nightspot in Hollywood. Prosecutors have opted not to take the matter any further, stating there is "insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured." Meanwhile, it has emerged the singer was reportedly turned away from a New York City nightclub on Monday (29Jul13) - because he was too young. The Never Say Never hitmaker and his entourage arrived at the Griffin club but the party spot's security staff would not let the him past the velvet rope because, at 19, he was too young to enter the 21-and-over venue, according to TMZ.com. In early July (13), the singer was ejected from Chicago nightspot, Bodi, amid concerns he was being served alcohol. The hangout was cited by the Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection for serving a minor booze, but club bosses denied any wrongdoing.
