Scottish rockers Gun are lucky to be alive following a terrifying incident on a highway in Europe. The musicians were travelling back to the U.K. following a gig in Belgium when a wheel on their van came loose at high speed, forcing the vehicle off the road. Frontman Dante Gizzi admits the incident was horrifying and they could easily have lost their lives in a crash if the vehicle had spun out of control. He tells British newspaper the Daily Record, "I heard a weird loud noise. Michael, the bass player, looked in the mirror and and saw the back wheel about to come flying off - wobbling all over the place at 70 miles per hour. We managed to get to the hard shoulder (roadside verge) and there were only two bolts left. We felt lucky to be alive."
