Reality TV star Kourtney Kardashian has been hit with a lawsuit from a male model who claims he fathered her young son. Michael Girgenti recently went public with allegations he romanced the socialite in 2009 after meeting her on a photoshoot while she was on a break from her longterm boyfriend Scott Disick. Girgenti suggested the star's son Mason, now three, was born nine months after their fling, and he demanded a DNA test in a bid to find out whether he is the boy's father. He has now filed a lawsuit at Los Angeles County Superior Court asking for joint custody of Mason, and he also asks a judge to order DNA tests to determine the child's paternity, according to TMZ.com. In the paperwork, Girgenti alleges he struck up a romance with Kardashian after the photoshoot and claims they had unprotected sex during an encounter in Glendale, California. A hearing has been scheduled for next month (Sep13). Kardashian's lawyer, Shawn Holley, has written a letter to Girgenti, branding his allegations "false and defamatory," and a representative for the star previously insisted, "Since the... photoshoot, Kourtney never spoke with him, saw him nor met him again. Kourtney has never been alone with him, and Kourtney certainly has never physically/intimately been with Mr. Girgenti."
