Boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr. is hoping to make it big in Hollywood after he retires from the ring. The sportsman dreams of relaunching himself as an actor in the coming years and hopes his friendship with Die Hard producer Joel Silver will open doors for him in the movie business. He tells America's Maxim magazine, "I'm real good friends with Joel Silver. I could be in front of the camera or behind the camera. I think I could act." Mayweather, Jr. would follow in the footsteps of another boxer-turned-actor, Mike Tyson, who landed a key role in The Hangover franchise.
