British singer/rapper Estelle is adding label boss to her resume after launching her own record company. The American Boy hitmaker, who now lives in the U.S., has teamed up with executives at BMG to establish her own independent imprint, New London Records, through which she will release her new music. A statement issued by the star reads: "This is a new and exciting move for me. BMG has been an awesome partner throughout my career, and with New London we plan to continue bridging the gap between soul, pop, London and New York - uniting them through music." Estelle has been working with BMG as a songwriter since 2003.
