Bob Carlos Clarke's portraits of stars including The Rolling Stones, Sir Elton John and Rachel Weisz have been donated to a U.K. gallery by the late snapper's wife. A collection of 10 pictures taken by the acclaimed celebrity photographer has been given to London's National Portrait Gallery and the snaps include shots of Stones stars Sir Mick Jagger, Ronnie Wood and Keith Richards, as well as the Rocket Man, British actress Weisz and Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson. The pictures also include images of Bryan Ferry and Sir Christopher Lee. The photographer's wife, Lindsey Carlos Clarke, says, "I am delighted to donate these prints to the National Portrait Gallery as I feel it is very important that future generations enjoy these intimate portraits." Clarke died in 2006.
