Scottish golf pro Bernard Gallacher has been hospitalised after suffering a suspected heart attack. The former Ryder Cup captain collapsed on Friday evening (30Aug13) after dinner at a hotel in Aberdeen, Scotland. The 64-year-old sportsman was taken by ambulance to the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and is now said to be fighting for his life. His golfer nephew Stephen Gallacher says, "I understand that he is critical but stable. My family are in disarray at the moment and it is obviously a worrying situation. We are all anxious."
