Rapper The Game has recruited reality TV stars Khloe Kardashian and Lala Anthony to help him cover the funeral costs for a mother of five who was shot dead in Los Angeles last week (ends20Sep13). The Game has been handing out cash to those in need as part of his Robin Hood Project, and he has recruited a few famous friends to help with his latest charity gift. The three stars, together with Anthony 'Top Dawg' Tiffith, the CEO of Top Dawg Entertainment, have come together to cover the costs of Martha Sanchez's memorial after she was robbed at gunpoint and shot while working at a store in the rough South Central neighbourhood. The Game and Kardashian have both shared a photo of Sanchez on their Instagram.com pages in a bid to raise awareness about the brutal killing, and in an accompanying caption, the socialite writes, "Meet Martha Sanchez, 39 year old mother of 5 who was gunned down last Tuesday in South Central, LA while working at a 99 cent store. Martha was robbed at gunpoint and shot multiple times in what was described as one of the worst slayings ever seen by 1st medics on the scene... "This story was brought to me by a friend. Immediately my heart broke for her loved ones. Now Martha leaves behind a husband and five children. @thedocumentary (The Game), @Lala, @gwadpot (Tiffith) and myself are donating $20,000 to assist the family with funeral costs as well as any other arrangements they may need in such a tragic occurrence... we are all in this together!" The Game also recently worked with hip-hop star Drake to fund funeral arrangements for an Ohio family who perished in a house fire. The rapper hopes to give away $1 million (GBP667,000) to worthy causes by Christmas (13).
