Guitar legend SLASH is raising money for charity by teaming up with an American burger chain to create a signature dish. Californian-based Umami Burger restaurants now offer The Slash Burger, which has been named in honour of the former Guns N' Roses guitarist. One dollar from the sale of each sandwich, which costs $15 (£10), will be donated to the Los Angeles Youth Network, a non-profit organisation helping runaway and homeless youths. The luxury burger contains shiitake mushrooms, caramelised onions, American cheese, avocado spread and wasabi aioli.
