Screenwriter Luciano Vincenzoni dies

The Good, The Bad And The Ugly screenwriter Luciano Vincenzoni has died, aged 87. The celebrated Italian writer passed away in Rome, Italy on Sunday (22Sep13) after a battle with cancer. Vincenzoni enjoyed a long-running partnership with Hollywood producer Dino De Laurentiis, and worked on a number of Sergio Leone's well-known Spaghetti Westerns, writing some of the most memorable lines of Clint Eastwood's career in 1966's The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. He also co-wrote the script for 1965's For a Few Dollars More, 1964's Seduced and Abandoned, and Arnold Schwarzenegger's 1986 action movie Raw Deal, as well as numerous Italian films.
