A private prosecution of rapper A$Ap Rocky over allegations he struck a female fan while performing at the Made in America festival in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in August (13) has stalled. A young mum, Lisa Wade, filed a private criminal complaint with the city's District Attorney's Office last month (Sep13), stating the hip-hop star had struck her while making his way through the crowd. However, as the incident was not witnessed by police and was regarded as a misdemeanour, Wade was ordered to file a private criminal complaint, meaning she had to provide contact details for the alleged assailant. According to editors at TMZ.com, paperwork was sent to the rapper's record company but was returned without a signature as the star was absent. It has now emerged the case will not be able to progress unless Wade can provide a contact address for the rap star.
