Christoph Waltz signs on for Horrible Bosses 2

Oscar winner Christoph Waltz is set to show off his comedy chops on the big screen after joining the all-star sequel to Horrible Bosses as Chris Pine’s bad dad. The Django Unchained star was said to have pulled out of early negotiations for the role due to scheduling issues, but he has since managed to work out a deal that will team himself and Pine up as a father-and-son duo which terrorises the main characters, played by Jason Bateman, Charlie Day and dad-to-be Jason Sudeikis.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jennifer Aniston and Kevin Spacey have also agreed to reprise their roles as terrible bosses for the forthcoming follow-up.
Director Sean Anders has already started production on the film in Los Angeles.
Waltz, who is best known for his dramatic work, is no stranger to comedy – he tickled audiences as the guest host of U.S. sketch show Saturday Night Live earlier this year (13), while he also shared his top romantic tips for a hilarious Valentine’s Day (14Feb) sketch on talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live! in February (13).
