Actress Tori Spelling has revealed she and her husband Dean Mcdermott almost became members of the celebrity sex tape club after a racy film they shot on St. Valentine's Day, 2009 fell into the wrong hands. In her new memoirs, Spelling It Like It Is, the Beverly Hills, 90210 star confesses it was McDermott's idea to film themselves making love - but she quite liked the end result and allowed her man to upload it to his computer as a sexy keepsake. She explains, "Dean said, 'We should tape ourselves having sex'. He had a little portable tripod, and he set up his video camera on it. Afterward, I checked my angles and they were good, so I allowed him to keep it. He uploaded it to our computer at home... without password protection." A few years later, Spelling's husband informed her one off his friends had "got his dirty paws on it" and was threatening to release it to the media, but the couple scared him off with a letter from their lawyer. She explains,"I was horrified, (but after we sent the letter from our lawyer) we never heard from him again, and the incident went away." In the book, Spelling also reveals she lied about her weightloss after giving birth to a fourth child in 2012, confessing she actually starved herself in order to shed the extra pounds. The actress-turned-reality TV star flaunted her slimmed-down new look on the cover of American tabloid Us Weekly and told editors she lost the weight by swimming, but now she is owning up to the truth. She writes, "My publicist had given me clear instructions about what to say about my weightloss. Women didn't want to know that I had lost weight through dieting, not exercising. I didn't want to be the a**hole who didn't work for it. So I said that I swam. It was sort of a bad choice. I can't do much more than a doggy paddle. "I really don't exercise much, period. So I took off my weight the old-fashioned way. I like to call it the Just Keep Your F**king Mouth Shut and Eat Air (sic) diet. It's all the rage."
