Charlie Sheen has declared war on his ex Brooke Mueller and the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services in his latest outburst over the couple's ongoing custody battle. The Anger Management star quoted his father Martin's film Apocalypse Now as he insisted he would continue to fight for full custody of the couple's twin sons Bob and Max following Mueller's unsuccessful attempt for a restraining order on Monday (04Nov13). Referencing the 1979 war epic, Sheen tells TMZ.com, "I am beyond their timid lying morality, therefore I am beyond caring." He continues, "What my family and I are forced to deal with in the last four years, lives outside the pale of any acceptable conduct or decency. I am battling an amorphous enemy that needs to be swiftly disempowered. "These crimes against my children will be exposed. These war criminals will be hanged at dusk to a cheering and jeering crowd... The storm is brewing. Their roofs are leaking. I am the Tsunami your mommy warned you about your whole childhood. All of you renegade deplorable pigs are marked for slaughter." Socialite Mueller and Sheen separated in 2010 after two years of marriage, but Mueller lost custody of the children in May (13) after overdosing on crystal methamphetamine. She was placed on involuntary psychiatric hold and the boys were put in the custody of Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards, but Mueller is now seeking full custody.
