Actor Liam Hemsworth works out his anger issues by beating up a punching bag whenever false tabloid gossip gets on his nerves. The Australian hunk became a tabloid target when he first began dating Miley Cyrus in 2010 and the media attention only intensified as he rose to fame worldwide as part of The Hunger Games film franchise. However, the laid-back 23 year old, who broke off his engagement to Cyrus in September (13), insists the pressure of life in the spotlight rarely makes him lose his temper. He tells the Associated Press, "What I always keep in mind is that I know what the truth is and that's all that matters. I know I'm a good person and these days I feel like I'm more centred and grounded than I've ever been. "I read a lot of Zen books. And I grew up surfing, so that has always been my escape." And when he feels like blowing off some steam, he heads to the gym for a kick-boxing session: "It's a mental release to go and beat the s**t out of a (punching) bag for an hour."
