Kim Kardashian's sister Khloe is moving on from her marriage split by placing her marital home up for sale. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star called time on her troubled relationship with basketball player Lamar Odom by filing for divorce on 13 December (13), citing irreconcilable differences. They have now decided to offload their $4 million (£2.7 million) property in Tarzana, California by placing it on the private market, according to Eonline.com. The couple wed in 2009, but has endured a tough 2013 amid reports of Odom's substance abuse issues, which led to an arrest for driving under the influence in August (13) and a brief stint in rehab. News of the house sale comes less than two months after Khloe Kardashian denied speculation her four-year marriage was on the rocks and dismissed claims they were selling off the Tarzana pad, which has featured on her family reality show. Meanwhile, Kardashian is eager for a "fresh start" in 2014, telling Britain's Cosmopolitan magazine, "I love the new year, new beginnings. I need a good fresh start; I'm excited for this year to be over with...You only live once so let's make that one time perfect. We can't fix our mistakes and imperfections, so let's have fun. You get what you give out in life."
