Kelsey Grammer's ex-wife Camille has started the new year with a health boost - the U.S. reality TV star has completed her treatments for endometrial cancer. Grammer, 45, underwent a radical hysterectomy in October (13) after she was diagnosed with early-stage cancer, and she celebrated the good news about her health with followers on Twitter.com on Friday (03Jan14). She wrote, "I rang the bell at MD Anderson Cancer Center, which marks that I have completed my Chemo and Radiation treatments. YAY." The news comes a month after a California judge ruled that Grammer's ex-boyfriend must abide by the terms of a temporary restraining order issued against him in October (13) after her lawyers were unable to serve him with papers. Dimitri Charalambopoulos had reportedly been evading process servers keen to present him with court documents and make the protective order, which binds him by law to stay at least 100 yards (91.44 metres) away from Camille, official. He stands accused of attacking Camille in a hotel suite after receiving an early-morning text and a phone call from a screaming woman. Charalambopoulos allegedly grabbed the blonde's hair and pushed her head repeatedly against the bed as she cried for him to stop. Camille divorced former Frasier star Kelsey in 2011.
