Third victim dies after rapper Doe B bar shooting

A man wounded in the bar shooting which killed rapper Doe B has died. The rising hip-hop star, real name Glenn Thomas, was shot dead at the Centennial Bar and Grill in Montgomery, Alabama on 28 December (13). A 21-year-old student, Kimberle Johnson, was also killed, while six others were wounded. It has now emerged that one of the revellers, Tim Hamilton, died from his injuries in hospital on Friday night (03Jan14). He was 20. Darius Thomas, 25, and Jason Quan McWilliams, 25, have been charged with two counts of capital murder and are being held without bail. Montgomery police state that additional charges are pending against the two suspects. Thomas' funeral took place at the city's True Divine Baptist Church on Saturday (04Jan14), where his rapper mentor T.I. spoke to the grieving congregation.
