Rapper Q-Tip is teaming up with The Wolf Of Wall Street co-stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill to develop a new TV series loosely based on his music career. The show will centre on the legendary star's time with A Tribe Called Quest, of which he is a founding member, and feature his experiences as part of the Native Tongues, a group formed with fellow hip-hop artists, like the Jungle Brothers and De La Soul, who were known for their positive lyrics in the late 1980s and early '90s. A writer for the series has yet to be appointed, but it will be produced through DiCaprio's company, Appian Way. They are hoping to start shopping the project to TV network bosses later this month (Jan14), according to Deadline.com.
