Rapper Lil' Kim has been slapped with a $150,000 (£93,750) lawsuit over allegations she stole a photo from a professional make-up artist to promote a recent single. The Lady Marmalade hitmaker released Dead Gal Walking in November (13) and alerted fans to the new music by sharing a picture of a red-haired model wearing green and pink skeletal make-up on Instagram.com. Canadian artist Samantha Ravndahl saw the image and accused Kim of lifting it from her social networking site without permission. She got in touch with the hip-hop star's managers last year (13) to discuss compensation for using the shot of her work, but they failed to pay up - and now she has filed legal papers in court. She is demanding a minimum of $150,000 in damages, according to TMZ.com. Kim has yet to comment on the allegations.
