Frozen racks up fifth week at number one on Billboard 200

The soundtrack to hit Disney film Frozen has returned to the top of America’s albums chart to score a fifth non-consecutive week at number one. The feat makes Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel’s Frozen the first soundtrack in 15 years to reach the five-week mark since the tunes to Titanic ruled the Billboard 200 for 16 weeks straight in 1998.
Last week’s (19Feb14) most popular album, Eric Church’s The Outsiders, slipped to number two, while fellow country artist Cole Swindell’s eponymous release was a new entry at three.
The Now 49 compilation dropped to four, while Beyonce’s self-titled album rounded out the top five.
In the singles countdown, Pharrell Williams has been given an Oscars boost as his Best Original Song contender Happy replaced Katy Perry’s Dark Horse atop the Billboard Hot 100.
