will.i.am has set his sights on another celebrity collaboration - he wants to record with his Rio 2 co-star Anne Hathaway. The Les Miserables star had heard the rumour that the Black Eyed Peas leader was keen to work with her - but she didn't believe it until he called in to a Wednesday morning (09Apr14) radio chat with DJ Ryan Seacrest in Los Angeles to confirm the news. He told Hathaway, "I want to make music with you! (In) Rio 1, I was like, 'She sings like that?' I was blown away, Anne, seriously. And then, from there, I was like, 'It would be so amazing to do music outside of an animated film... That would be freaking dope." And Hathaway appeared to be interested, adding, "Yes, oh my God, that's crazy, that's crazy, thank you... I am blushing so hard right now. This day just got that much more surreal." But she fears will.i.am won't like what he hears when they eventually hit the studio together: "He's going to get me in the studio and then he's going to hear me for real, and he's going to be like, 'Oh, never mind'. He works with Fergie! That's his 9am meeting. I can't beat that!"
